IT / APP DEVELOPMENT LEAD

Leads the technical development of CivicEye™ and the digital infrastructure supporting Mr. Warner Robins™, including application development, data systems, integrations, security, and future technology projects.

LEAD RESEARCHER & ARCHIVIST

Researches people, institutions, projects, policies, and historical records while organizing the growing public archive. Helps turn thousands of individual documents into timelines, connections, and usable institutional history.

MEDIA ENGAGEMENT OFFICER

Serves as the public communications voice for Mr. Warner Robins™, managing media relations, press inquiries, social media, public messaging, and digital engagement across platforms.

PUBLIC RECORDS & GOVERNMENT RESEARCH SPECIALIST

Tracks government activity and develops, submits, and follows public-records requests. Reviews productions, identifies missing or related records, catalogs responses, and helps move individual requests into larger investigative trails.

FIELD INVESTIGATION & CIVIC OBSERVATION LEAD

Documents government and community activity in the field through lawful observation, meeting attendance, interviews, site visits, photography, and firsthand information gathering. Helps connect what exists in the records with what is happening on the ground.

VIDEO & DOCUMENTARY PRODUCER

Develops the visual side of the operation through interviews, field video, government-meeting footage, short-form content, documentary projects, and archival storytelling. Turns complex records and investigations into material the public can actually watch and understand.
