It is a moderated space for substantive questions, criticism, corrections, observations and professional or civic analysis concerning material published on this website and the public matters it examines.

You do not have to agree with Andrew Davidson or the Davidson Report to participate. Thoughtful disagreement is encouraged.

What belongs here

Civic Comments is intended for contributions that help examine, understand, challenge or advance the public record.

You might question the interpretation of a document, identify an apparent inconsistency, ask whether a particular record has been located, point researchers toward another part of the archive, suggest an unanswered research question, challenge a conclusion, identify missing context, or offer specialized knowledge relevant to material already under examination.

A useful Civic Comment might be as simple as:

“The September 2020 meeting references a resolution. Has anyone located its final disposition?”

Or:

“Has the sampling location in this report been compared with the historical property boundaries shown elsewhere in the archive?”

You do not need to know the answer.

Sometimes the question is the contribution.

Who may participate

Despite the civic focus of this project, participation is not limited by residence, profession or affiliation.

Residents, government employees, former employees, elected officials, attorneys, journalists, researchers, academics, watchdog organizations, engineers, environmental professionals and other interested readers may submit Civic Comments.

Names are preferred because attribution can add useful context and credibility. Anonymous publication may also be requested.

Anonymous publication, however, should not be interpreted as a guarantee of absolute anonymity or confidentiality.

What does not belong here

Civic Comments is not intended for advertising, solicitation, self-promotion, unrelated business inquiries, spam, personal attacks, harassment, threats, unsupported character assassination, or attacks directed at Andrew Davidson, public officials, government employees, private individuals or other contributors.

Criticism is welcome.

Abuse is not criticism.

This is also not the appropriate channel for confidential tips, sensitive documents, privileged material, emergency information or information whose disclosure could place someone at risk. Please do not submit them through Civic Comments. Use the dedicated confidential/tips email:

If a submission appears to contain sensitive information that may have been sent here inadvertently, it may be withheld from publication while the appropriate handling of that information is considered.

Publication and moderation

All submissions are moderated before publication.

Publication is discretionary. Selection for publication does not mean that Andrew Davidson or MrWarnerRobins.org agrees with, endorses, verifies or adopts the contributor's statement.

Moderation will focus on relevance, substance, safety, privacy and usefulness to the public discussion—not whether a submission agrees with the Davidson Report.

When appropriate, published entries will generally contain:

Relevant records or sections of the website may also be linked beneath a submission.

Submissions may be declined or redacted where reasonably necessary to protect personal information, address legal or safety concerns, remove unrelated material, or keep Civic Comments within its intended purpose. Substantive editing should be avoided; where a submission cannot responsibly be published substantially as submitted, declining publication is generally preferable to rewriting the contributor's words.

Corrections and challenges are welcome

If you believe something published on MrWarnerRobins.org is inaccurate, incomplete or misleading, say so specifically.

Identify the statement, document, date or conclusion you are challenging and, where possible, explain why.

A well-supported correction is more valuable to this project than agreement.

Published material may be corrected or updated when warranted, with an appropriate record of the correction.

Privacy and submissions

Submissions are transmitted directly to Andrew Davidson for moderation.

This design is intentional. A contributor may mistakenly use Civic Comments for information that raises privacy, confidentiality or safety concerns, and direct review allows those concerns to be identified before anything is published publicly.

Submitting something is not the same as publishing it.

Only material affirmatively selected for publication will appear in Civic Comments.

Contributors should nevertheless avoid submitting information they are not legally entitled to disclose, unnecessary personal information, account credentials, medical information, intimate material or other highly sensitive information.

Preservation

A contemporaneous record of Civic Comments submissions and moderation will be maintained when reasonably practicable.

That record may include the original submission, submission date and time, publication status, published version, moderation notes, subsequent corrections and Davidson responses.

Such records may be preserved for purposes including editorial integrity, provenance, dispute resolution and lawful review.

No representation is made that a submission is immune from subpoena, court order, discovery obligation or other lawful process.

THE WHITEBOARD AND THE STRING

MrWarnerRobins.org is a living investigative whiteboard.

The archives, records, histories, reports and timelines preserve the evidence, chronology and connections underlying the Davidson Report.

Civic Comments is where you bring the string.

Connect records across years. Raise the next-level question. Add professional or institutional context. Test a theory against the documented record. Identify an investigative path worth examining further.

This is public peer review—not a spectator section.

Attorneys, journalists, researchers, public officials, government employees, subject-matter experts and engaged citizens can examine the same underlying material, challenge it, build upon it and place their questions into the public record.

The evidence is on the board.
